Aye neighbour! I'm Chef Lee, a plant-based culinary artist specializing in Southern Caribbean cuisine and owner of Course 784, LLC. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and have experienced firsthand how our indigenous recipes bring communities together. With culinary training from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, I am honoured to have shared my recipes and skills at the James Beard House, Baltimore Museum of Arts and various food publications. The cuisines of the Southern Caribbean are an untapped culinary basket waiting to be explored and savoured.
