We will explore the flavors of Trinidad & Tobago with one of my favorite dishes, pholourie! Pholourie is a fried & spiced split pea snack of Indo-Caribbean origin that's loved by many across the Caribbean. During this class, we will make our own and enjoy them with my signature Tamarind sauce.
