Rituals of Red: A Cooking Class & Exploration of Red Foods in Southern Foodways

Join Chef Maya in the kitchen as we journey through the history and significance of red foods in The South. We will explore the Afro-Indigenous roots of red plants and dishes like sorghum, rice, chilis, and watermelon.
